12 months Shelf Life

One of the challenges both Pro Line and our competitors have faced is the limited shelf life on UV liners. Recognising the impact this has on the rehabilitation industry and our customers Pro Line have worked extensively with our manufacturing division to now offer a UV liner with 12 months shelf life. 
Pro Line’s 12 month shelf life reduces our clients risk of wastage costs and allows us to hold a greater amount of stock in our warehouses to better react to our customers short lead time requests.

The Pro Line system is a proven cost effective and efficient process for pipe rehabilitation.  The Pro Line systems helps avoid costly and time consuming excavation required to replace damaged pipe systems, therefore ensuring better value for money for our customers as well as avoiding disruption to the public and existing infrastructure assets.

Our UV liners are specifically manufactured to ensure a seamless installation process. Our UV liners are low weight which makes for easier handling on site and our lower wall thicknesses leads to shorten curing times.
